Can I book a couple’s session with the sale price?

Yep! Sure can. You know I love love!

I have NO idea what to wear. Can you help?

Absolutely! I send a super in-depth guide in your welcome email that will go over outfit choices and how to prepare for your session. It will answer just about any question you may have. We also have an incredible and ever growing studio wardrobe with pieces that you get to keep. Like, for forever. We have sizes 6xl-xs!

Do I need to lose that extra weight before my session?

Nooooope! Your weight does not qualify or disqualify you for a session. You should be celebrated at ANY size. When we put on some weight we tend to be really hard on ourselves and sometimes our self esteem can dip. A full photoshoot with a professional makeover can be really amazing during these times. Sometimes you need to hear how amazing you are from other people and the number on the scale means nothing concerning your goddess status!

What should I bring?

So, this is different for everyone for the most part. You'll bring in the outfits we've discussed and that's about it! In your pre-session phone consultation we'll go over your outfits more in depth. We try not to use too many props in our photos so I'd advise keeping props to a minimum, maybe only bringing one or two things. Props that I do like: instruments, books, mugs, whips, chains... that escalated quickly.

Can I bring a friend?

I know it seems like this would help calm your nervous, and sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I do allow up to ONE guest at your session with a few rules.

• You MUST let me know at least 24 hours in advance

• No more than 1 guest, please!

• No negative nancy's. Make sure your friend knows she’s there to cheer you on!

• You may bring your partner if he/she also knows they are there to support you and enjoy the view :)
   

Can I bring my partner to the image reveal appointment?

Same-ish rules for this one, as well.

• You MUST let me know at least 24 hours in advance

• No negative nancy's 

• He/she MUST be informed of product pricing in advance

I'm so awkward, are you sure I can look sexy?

Hell yes! I cannot tell you how often I hear this! We are all a little awkward. Embrace it! I seriously just boss you around the entire time so you don't really have any opportunities to look awkward and if you do, it usually just results in a laughing fit and sometimes those are our favorite images! Trust me, I’ve photographed hundreds of women (and lots of men!) so I know how to bring the sexy out of E V E R Y self-proclaimed awkward babe!

Can you edit the parts I don’t like?

Short answer: yes. I can edit you as much or as little as you’d like, though I will never change someone so much they are unrecognizable. That kind of defeats the purpose of an empowering photoshoot! Things I typically retouch for everyone: Temporary skin marks like pimples, scratches, or bruises. If you don’t love your stretch marks or cellulite, that’s ok, I can retouch them for you if you’d like. We are our own worst critics so my goal is for you to see yourself and fall madly in love. I won’t make you feel guilty for not loving every inch of your body. A body is a body. I want you to see YOU. The essence of who you are can shine in your photographs even if you want extra smooth skin. :)

What if I'm on a budget?

You're in luck! WE NOW OFFER PAYPAL CREDIT!  This means you can easily make low monthly installments over time if you prefer. We can also set up an in-studio prepayment plan with automatic biweekly or monthly charges to be paid in full before your session takes place..

So exciting! Can I book for next weekend?!

Sorry, babe! I don’t shoot on weekends, my makeup artists are doing weddings!  Week day sessions are generally booked a few months in advance. Don't wait!

I’d like to do a session for [insert occasion here]. When should I schedule my session?

I recommend booking at least a couple months in advance of whatever occasion your excuse is for doing your session! After your shoot, your image reveal and ordering session is about 1-2 weeks out. Then, your order is shipped to you, 2-4 weeks after your ordering appointment. So make sure you give yourself plenty of wiggle room!

What happens if something comes up and I need to reschedule?

Life happens, I get it! As long as you cancel or reschedule at least 2 weeks days prior to your scheduled session, you will not be charged our cancellation/rescheduling fee. We book up months in advance so it’s important to let me know asap if your plans have changed. Not showing up to your session without contacting me is not only not cool, but is also considered a cancellation, so that will result in being charged our cancellation fee. Session fees are nonrefundable.

So, I pay for my session fee and then I pay for the photos separately?

Yes! I have a ton of different options for products including albums, wall art, and digitals, as well as some other items in my collections. My pricing starts at $699. Most people spend more and some spend several thousands so please make sure you review the pricing guide below! Yes, this is an investment in yourself. Trust me, you will thank yourself for doing this! The only complaint I hear from clients is that they didn’t purchase more of their photos. Go figure!

If you’d like to do a payment plan but don’t want to use  PayPal Credit, you can set up a payment plan through the studio before your session. Your collection must be paid in full before your ordering appointment, as we do not do payment plans after your session!
